The Provider: Jared Berg is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Exercise Physiologist with a Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics.  With 25 years of experience as a coach and exercise physiologist in the areas of sports performance, fitness, nutrition, and wellness, Jared is excited to help you reach your goals!

The Client: Anyone motivated to improve health, fitness, and athletic performance through innovative, unique, and evidence-based methods.  The client knows that fad diets and quick-fix one-dimensional exercise routines are not the answer.  You'll find Jared's clients claiming overall wins at Ironman Triathlons and marathons or running and walking the same local trails as you.
